ABOUT

I'm Adam, a Product Manager based in New York City.

I've spent 8+ years working across ecommerce, payments, self-service, and enterprise platforms. My work includes mobile checkout, digital wallets, subscriptions, promotion tooling, customer support experiences, and global order-management modernization.

Much of my work involves several stakeholders, competing priorities, and technical dependencies. I use customer evidence and business context to clarify what needs to improve, surface the tradeoffs, and help teams choose a direction.

CAREER PATH

Digital work led me into product.

My early career included digital marketing and project work at Victoria’s Secret/PINK, Macy’s, and Xaxis. At bareMinerals, I moved deeper into ecommerce product management across checkout, payments, subscriptions, accessibility, and customer experience. At Estée Lauder, my scope expanded from promotions and brand-site experiences to portfolio planning across 19 brands, then to product ownership for payments and OMS modernization.

After Estée Lauder, I earned my Certified AI Product Manager credential and built BeautyGPT, a working prototype focused on personalized skincare guidance. The idea came from a problem I had seen throughout my years in beauty: customers have plenty of product information, but it can still be difficult to know which ingredients and routines fit their needs. I initially explored image classification, but the results were too inconsistent for a reliable experience, so I shifted the MVP to conversational guidance grounded in skincare ingredient data.

At Comcast, I worked in the Service Experience pillar on post-signup experiences across billing, payments, support, and account management. My role was to clarify experience requirements, document workflows and decisions, and surface operational risks and dependencies while the initiatives were still in planning.

Alongside my digital product work, I lead end-to-end product development for WORLDSFIRST Studio, an independent apparel project, on a part-time basis. I narrowed the initial product strategy to one flagship tee and have led four prototype iterations, balancing fit, fabric performance, manufacturability, and production requirements. I also structured a phased launch to test demand and manage pricing, production minimums, and inventory risk before expanding the assortment.

WHAT MOTIVATES ME

Helping people make progress.

I like making products and processes easier for people to use. I notice the extra step, the unclear message, the dependency slowing a team down, or the task that should be self-service. Product gives me a way to improve those moments and see whether the change actually helped.
